2009-07-21 Sam's Opinion World Thamil Opinion on Negotiation with Sri Lankan Government · Join North and East Provinces · The Boundary for the North East based on 1948 · Policy, Army, Navy, Air force from Tamil Elam · All the rights, Legislative power, import/export power should be provided for Tamil Elam as sovereign nation · Sri Lanka should pay compensation for Tamil to restart the live If the Sri Lankan government fail to implement the above solutions for Tamil Elam, the world may consider to have Tamil Elam as sovereign nation like Bosnia and Israel on 01/14/2010.
World Thamil Opinion on Current situation
· Provide medical facilities for all Tamils not only in the camp, but also around Tamil Elam · All camped Tamils should be released immediately · All Sri Lankan forces withdraw from the houses · Every Tamil should have the best education from foreigners including India · Every Tamil house should have computer and electricity · Every Tamils should have street to go around · Every Tamils should be paid compensation from Sri Lanka for o Punitive Damages o Loss of Income o Start Business o Replacement cost of the Property
